We, Mingu Pharma, strive to provide the best shopping experience to our customers. In case of any issue related to product damage, defect, or quality, we offer exchange or refund options. You can contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If an item is found damaged, defective, or incorrect as per the description on our website, or if units are missing, please share images of the outer packaging and received products with us within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we will arrange a reverse pickup and process your refund or replacement.

📦 Mandatory Packet Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure transparency and quick resolution of claims, customers are required to record an unboxing video at the time of delivery. The video must clearly show:

  • The unopened package
  • The process of opening the package
  • The products received

Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect products will only be accepted with a valid unboxing video. Without this proof, no return, replacement, or refund request will be accepted.

Return requests must be made within 12 hours of receiving the parcel.

Products will only be eligible for return or exchange if they are unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

Replacements are subject to product availability.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after product inspection.

Customers may return unused items within 5–7 days of delivery for a refund (shipping charges will be deducted).

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is initiated by the customer (wrong order or no longer needed), the customer will bear the reverse shipping charges. These charges may vary based on location and product weight.

Shipping charges, taxes, and duties (if any) are non-refundable.
